#NAF’s curriculum establishes clear and rigorous standards that are designed to prepare students for postsecondary education and careers. Aligned with the six core principles, the new curriculum contains essential content based on nationally recognized educational and industry standards and a learning model that includes: habits of mind, project and problembased activities, a strong emphasis on literacy and curricular integration, continuous updating of content, and standard unit structure for courses, which utilizes "springboards," scaffolding, and closure along with accompanying student and teacher support materials. The links on this page share important resources for NAF instructors, including the Curriculum Online Library and a website focused on project-based learning and digital storytelling.
